Weights for Hiking Group – Block 3
This is our final weights program for hiking group, before we are off to Nepal! We are raising money for a great Australian Charity called Seven Women: www.sevenwomen.org
These weights are to be performed 1 x weekly (with a trainer) or 2 x weekly (on your own). In addition there is 2 x 2hr hikes to complete each week. Our training on Saturday now increases in intensity, with short, and very hard, sessions.
