Update on What’s On at IntoYou

So much coming up at the gym that it warrants another update!

Clare will be making time every Wednesday to take you through our 6-Step Restore Your Core Program. It will be modified for the participants (male and female), so that you take away as much benefit as possible. This week we are meeting at 1.30pm $55 per person for Level 1. Bookings are essential.

Clara has broken her wrist but she is still treating clients on a Friday. She has modified her techniques to reduce the need to use her hands. This Friday she has 530pm left.

IntoGIRLS has 2 spots available on a Monday and Wednesday at 430pm. The sessions are about the joy of movement, and are quite casual. They are perfect for girls who do not enjoy organised sport. They are welcome to try it for free!

Our overseas trip for next year is decided! We are going to Nepal! Dates are 9th April – 26th April 2016, and all training, food, and accommodation is included for $3450. Rego form with Ts&Cs is below. We will need your deposit and rego before the 28th November.

Our Xmas party this year will be held in Frenchs Forest, and doing Bubble Football! $70 includes a tournament and drinks and nibbles afterwards. 1pm – 4pm Saturday 5th December. Register before 5th November at the gym!
If anyone wants to do something different in their training, our Bootcamp is glorious fun at 930am on Saturdays. Our last session is 21st November. It is only $22 for a full hour of torture! Book through the gym, as we are at a different location every week. This week we are at North Narrabeen, see map attached.
We are looking for people to join our Twilight Mountain Bike Group at 6.30pm Friday nights from 27th November to January 29th. It is a perfect way to keep fit over a very tough time of year for your waist line. The average Australian will gain 2kg at this time that they’ll never lose, don’t be one of them!
