We like tyres at IntoYou, for many reasons! For one, they’re made from rubber, so it doesn’t matter if you drop them. Two, they’re tough and you can push, drag, bounce, and flip them with little effect on them. Thirdly, they’re free, and come in a variety of sizes for a variety of exercises!
Last week we went crazy with the tyres! We played games, we did cardio, we chucked them, dragged them, pulled them, flipped them, pushed them, hopped onto them, and carried them around. Here’s a session that you can do at home with just one or two friendly car tyres (no need to collect tractor ones!). Repeat each exercise for 1 minute, and do it twice!
