The Madstar’s Madness
The Madstar’s IntoMum session was nothing short of evil a couple of weeks ago. It was both hard core training, cardio, and resistance, all bundled up into 20min of intense training… henseforth known as The Madstar’s Madness!

The following is performed circuit style, with only drink breaks. Perform as many circuits as you can in 20min:
- 20 x Fitball Roll Out
- 20 x Push ups
- 20 x Single leg squat (each side)
- 20 x FreeFORM curtsie (each side)
- 20 x Plank with DB row (each side)
- 20 x Cable single arm row (each side)
- 4 x Driveway runs
