The Madstar’s Madness

The Madstar’s IntoMum session was nothing short of evil a couple of weeks ago. It was both hard core training, cardio, and resistance, all bundled up into 20min of intense training… henseforth known as The Madstar’s Madness!

The following is performed circuit style, with only drink breaks. Perform as many circuits as you can in 20min:

  1. 20 x Fitball Roll Out

    Roll the ball out with your elbows, but do not let your body follow

  2. 20 x Push ups

    A version of a push up with your feet in the TRX... only for the Mad

    A version of a push up with your feet in the TRX… only for the Mad

  3. 20 x Single leg squat (each side)

    Using the TRX for balance, you can also perform these on the Power Plate

  4. 20 x FreeFORM curtsie (each side)

    Try to keep your hips and body straight

  5. 20 x Plank with DB row (each side)

    This is a double arm row, in this program we do one arm at a time
