Starting on 13th February 2021 we’ve got our fantastic surfing group.
Running for 12 weeks, this is the perfect opportunity to improve your surf skills, get outdoors and have a blast with friends.
Surfing is an amazing activity that’s an whole body workout. It improves cardiovascular fitness, increases strength and is a great outlet for stress and tension. Being outdoors you’ll get a lovely boost of Vitamin D and as a bonus, natural sunlight regulates your circadian rhythm and releases happy hormones.
Whilst you catch some waves you’ll be working on improving your balance and flexibility and having fun at the same time!
Included in the price of this 12 week surf program is a weekend away in conjunction with our yoga program. So you’ll get to practise new skills with new found friends.
