Super-Mum!
Super-Mum Sarah is a surf-clubby, complete with a never-fail attitude and strong body and mind. Sarah is always fantastic to train because she gives everything a go, and never makes excuses. This year, she has completed uni, held down a full time job, moved house, and reared a delightful 3YO that can write her own name already! With all this going on, she’s managed to make time to train every week without fail (when she’s in Sydney), assisted by our 30min session. This Super-Mum is leading by example, that doing everything IS possible! We are so grateful to have her in our studio! This is what she has to say:
I have been training with Clare, Jade and occasionally Mads at IntoYou SFS for just over 2 years now. After I had a baby almost 3 years ago I was very unhappy with my body and the amount of weight I had put on during the pregnanc, which was 30kgs! My husband and I both started going to IntoYou on a recommendation of a friend of ours and to say the first session was tough was an understatement but I felt so good afterwards. Over the years both Jade and Clare have worked with me to not only improve my fitness and strength but they also help identify other parts of the body that may not be working to their full potential, like a woman’s pelvic floor after baby! I seriously enjoy every session, they are tough but the girls are so encouraging and you do see results with discipline and hard work. A convenient factor is that I can also bring my toddler with me so I have no excuses and it’s no dramas at all for the trainers. I am now at my pre baby weight but I am aiming to shed another 5kgs with the help of the girls! I would recommend IntoYou to anyone but especially busy Mums, it’s a great release and a bit of a break at the same time.
