Mel came along to our gym as a referral from one of our clients. It wasn’t until we gained her trust that we learned the degree of injury she carried around with her on a daily basis. After a rocky start overcoming these issues, Mel has ended up tanned and chirpy, with a beach body to match her recent Hawaiian holiday! Mel is energetic and fun, and another Super-Mum gracing our gym with her fabulous positivity on a twice-weekly basis. This is what she has to say:
As someone who has trouble self-motivating when it comes to fitness, IntoYou was exactly what I needed. I wasn’t interested in a big, impersonal gym franchise that locks you in and leaves you to your own devices – and IntoYou is the antitheses of that! It’s a small, intimate training environment with a maximum of four people per training session. No posers, just real people trying to stay fit and healthy. I love the friendly, relaxed environment – you can even bring your kids along!
The IntoMums session I do twice a week, are aimed at minimal time, maximum effort, which is perfect if you’re not into spending hours in a gym! The trainers are awesome, they take an active interest in your health and fitness and always make sure the session is tailored to cater for individuals’ circumstances e.g. injuries, pelvic floor issues etc.
I can’t say enough good things about this place, I love my weekly workouts and always feel a million bucks when I walk out the door. My pelvic floor issue has definitely improved and I’ve had lots of compliments on how fit I’m looking. I’m hooked!
