Strip off this winter chest – Dumbbell Bench Press
5 x sets of 50 Reps, 40 Reps, 30 Reps, 20 Reps, 10 Reps
Note: Try to increase your weights as you reduce the Reps
SUPERSET!!!
Strip off this winter back – Dumbbell Close Grip Bent over Rows
5 x sets of 50 Reps, 40 Reps, 30 Reps, 20 Reps, 10 Reps
Note: Try to increase your weights as you reduce the Reps
Strip off this winter chest – Push ups (Toes or Knees)
3 x Sets of 20 Reps with a 30-40 second rest
Strip off this winter back – Wide Cable Grip Lat Pull Down
3 x Sets of 20 Reps with a 30-40 second rest.
Power Plate Russian Twist
1 x 60 Seconds
Power Plate Side Hovers (option knees or toes)
1 x 60 Seconds each side.
