SMASH off the Easter calories
How to smash off those Easter calories before they attach themselves permanently as kilo’s!

One hot cross bun = 200 calories.
Burn 200 calories by adding an extra*:
1) One extra PT session
2) One hour walking
3) Two IntoMum sessions
1) One extra PT session
2) One hour walking
3) Two IntoMum sessions
* To your regular routine. Eg. If you already do one PT and two IntoMum, you need to ADD another PT for every hot cross bun you consumed.
One small solid easter egg (70g) = 185 calories
Burn 185 calories by adding an extra:
1) 15min skipping/jogging
2) 20min stairs session (good one at the top of Wetherill St, Collaroy)
3) 55min walking

Remember you need to do this for EVERY SINGLE small Easter egg you consumed!
