Today’s session is fun and hard, and goes by quickly because there’s also randomness…!
This is how we do it:
- Write the numbers 1 to 10 on separate pieces of paper and pop them into a container.
- Shake up the container.
- Set your timer to 30 seconds.
- Every 30 seconds pull out a number, and perform that many reps of the following exercises.
- Remember to replace the number in the container.
And now, the exercises! repeat each one-for-one until you’ve completed the required reps:
