Session By Numbers

Today’s session is fun and hard, and goes by quickly because there’s also randomness…!

This is how we do it:

  1. Write the numbers 1 to 10 on separate pieces of paper and pop them into a container.
  2. Shake up the container.
  3. Set your timer to 30 seconds.
  4. Every 30 seconds pull out a number, and perform that many reps of the following exercises.
  5. Remember to replace the number in the container.
