Rainy Day Warm Up

It’s rainy and cold today in Sydney so what better day for a warm up session?? Whilst this session couldn’t be construed as a “HIIT”, or high intensity session, it does creep up on your muscles until they’re just a little bit burny, and you’re plenty warm!

Circuit one

30 seconds of each exercise alternating with 30 seconds of side to side steps!

  1. Crouch L
  2. Crouch R
  3. Side Lunge L
  4. Side Lunge R

Repeat twice.

Circuit two

30 seconds of each exercise alternating with 30 seconds of running man burpees!

  1. Side push up L
  2. Side push up R
  3. Single arm row L
  4. Single arm row R

Repeat twice.

Circuit three

30 seconds of each exercise alternating with 30 seconds of ball toss and shuttle run!

  1. Side hover L
  2. Side hover R
  3. Campbell Crunch
  4. Hip lift

Repeat twice.

Each circuit should take 4min, 8min when repeated. Total session is 24 minutes without rest – enjoy! You will be well tired on this rainy Monday after this baby!
