Protein Pancake

Here, is a quick and simple breakfast:
A Protein Pancake…

Ingredients
- Oats
- Egg Whites
- IntoYou protein powder
Place all the ingredients in to a bowl and mix. Use a non-stick pan and spray a little of, Light canola spray on to the fry pan. Place the mixture into the fry pan for 30 seconds. Until the egg white are slightly cook then flip over.
