Restore Your Core in 6 Months

Our 6 Step Restore Your Core program is run in conjunction with your preferred women or men’s health physio, and is for men or women who have experienced any of the following:
- hernia
- prolapse
- incontinence
- abdominal or spinal surgery
- chronic back pain
- has ever been pregnant
- has ever given birth
- has gone through, or is going through, menopause
The program has been shown to cure incontinence in 80% of cases, and reverse prolapse by 1 degree (which is a lot). We will teach you how to manage your hernia so it doesn’t worse, and reduce chronic pain pain significantly.
The program includes:
- 6 x One on One PT sessions with an accredited personal trainer (virtual or in-studio)
- Restore Your Core eBook
- 6 Workout videos (one for each level)
- 6 months of accountability, support, and communication with your Health Professional to ensure you are as restored as possible, and can return to the activities you love, PAIN FREE!
The Restore Your Core in 6mths program is our very successful 6-Step Restore Your Core and Pelvic Floor course – one on one with a personal trainer and set to 6 months to get those results. I started IntoYou about 6 months ago on the advice from a physiotherapist to help with my ab separation. After my second pregnancy my ab separation was quite pronounced and my belly domes as a result.
After 6 months of personal training with Jade and following the restore your core program my physiotherapist was able to confirm a 1.5cm improvement in my ab separation. Very happy!
