In this session you will design at least one full day’s eating, including breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks, according to your habits and goals. In this way you will eat the way you have always done, but achieve what you’ve not been able to previously!
Come back as many times as you like, until you have hundreds of options and ideas!
You will walk away with a soft copy of your breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks already loaded on to your phone, and we can print a hard copy if necessary. You will also create a shopping list to ensure that you have everything you need to succeed!
