6.30pm Wednesday nights, from 6th September for 6wks – Table Tennis Group is the perfect way to unwind after work with some healthy competition and professional table tennis coaching.
These sessions are for you if:
~ You’d like a no-pressure way to unwind and blow off steam after work (including stay-at-home-mothering!)
~ You’d like to engage in a sport, but are worried about getting injured in higher risk activities such as tennis or netball
~ You like socializing when you exercise
~ You’ve always wanted to play Table Tennis! Here’s your opportunity to get coached by a State Rep!
~ You recognise that much of your movement is in straight lines (like walking and lunging and bench-pressing) and wish to diversify what your body is capable of.
~ You like laughing.
~ You’d like to learn a new skill in a non-intimidating environment
~ You have stiff hips and/or ankles and would like to mobilise them in an interesting way
~ You’re getting older and need to keep your balance and reflexive skills sharp (this will prevent falls)
~ You’re a per or post menopausal woman, where osteoporosis is a concern, and would like to load your bones in a healthy and safe way.
