Jade is a respected Nutrition Coach and long time personal trainer. In this 8 week package, we will look at your training diary and discuss ways of modifying it to maximise your weight loss, muscle gain, or fitness, depending on your goals. Each and every participant will receive a personalised nutrition plan, according to your habits, preferences, goals, and lifestyle.
This course includes:
- one hour, One on one session with Jade.
- Healthy Edge body composition (including body fat, muscle mass, bone mass, metabolism, and weight).
- An individualised Nude Food nutrition plan specific to each and every participant; this plan will factor your current eating habits, what works for you in terms of motivation, and a printed guide.
- Body type analysis; how to make your metabolic profile work for you.
- Regular follow ups, either in session of via phone, for 8 weeks.
- 8 weeks of food and health education to set you up for LIFE!
- Ongoing access to an online community where you will receive support, recipe ideas, and encouragement, for LIFE!

So I’ve been following Jade’s nude food programme for nearly a week. My biggest struggle is eating so much so regularly BUT feel great, more energised, never hungry and have lost over 2 kilos already!! Impressed!

Having moved back to the Northern Beaches after 15 years in the Blue Mountains and long commutes to the city I needed to get my health back on track. I have trained with the girls at Into You since mid-last year and feeling a lot stronger I started off the new year with the goal of getting the weight off that had crept on with all of that sitting. The foods suggested on the program didn’t really change as I already consumed healthy and mainly unprocessed foods but Jade was able to set a nutrition plan specific to my body type, level of exercise and lifestyle and I was also surprised that I wasn’t eating enough and needed to eat more often throughout the day. In conjunction with the nutrition goals, advice and the use of an App to track my intake, exercise and portions I was able to loose approximately 1kg a week while feeling full of energy and with a significant change in body shape.
