“I decided it was time to get some professional help in rehabilitating my lower back and core. In July, I began a session once a week with the team at Into You. Three months later, I ran my first 5km fun run and a month after that completed a 30km day hike with no lower back pain at all. In March, I will be participating in a 55km day hike charity event and hope to complete my first 10km trail run soon after that.
