I saw Jade for the Nutritional Consultation. And so my health journey began….
Jade is so enthusiastic about fat loss and healthy living that I could not help but get excited myself! I took on board her advice and have followed much of it – there have been some yummy recipes that even my husband will eat!! I’ve been much more active, making sure I walk at least 10,000 steps per day and have been keeping track of my kilojoule intact with an easy to understand app. Twice weekly one on one training sessions have been fantastic with Jade and Charlie working me hard!
I started my health journey at the end of July 2017 and to date I have lost 6 kg and my body fat has gone from the unhealthy range to very healthy – all in 8 weeks!! I couldn’t be happier and look forward to continuing my health journey in the days, months and years to come!

I was stuck in a rut, feeling flabby and unfit….then I met Jade.
Every session is different, Jade always changes it up, and knows exactly how to work every cm of your body.
Every session is equal exhaustion & exhilaration! But I always head home feeling complete.
Jades knowledge of nutrition and exercise has helped me immensely, changing life time habits and learning how to kick start my ageing metabolism.
