This MRT session moves so quick it has taken us this long to get the photos for this blog! Have a good time doing it!! Best time so far is 12min….

Breakdance hover – 5 of these little kicks, then…
a push up!
Squat and kick
Split lunges (where you lunge on one side, then jump and switch legs)
Side plank with crunch (each side)
Push ups
Full sit ups
Side lunge with touch
Skater (leaping sideways)
Squats
Mountain climbers!
