October Challenge: LET’S GET INVERTED!

Let’s GET inverted!! Now this is a NICE challenge (said no one, ever, and we are probably lying to you now).

This month we are going to get INVERTED! Inspired a little by Upside-Down-Ali, and motivated a little by Clare wanting to swell our social media, here is your task…

Everyday

Inverted (or trying to be – it can be handstand practise)

Post your photo to our facebook page.

EVERYONE who finishes gets a FREE GROUP SESSION.

Now, on to a few details:

  1. If you miss a day, you can make it up by doing 2 minutes the next day. Missed days must be made up within a week.
  2. You do not have to spend the full minute in a still posture (but you can if you want to). The minute counts if you’re trying something, like handstands, and coming down and going up again for the minute.
  3. INVERTED means your feet are higher than your head. All of the ideas below count as inversions, and we encourage you to get creative!!

Inversion Ideas:

Remember to hold it, attempt it, and/or practise it for 1min EVERYDAY, and post a pic to our Facebook page when you’re done! ANYONE who completes this challenge will get a FREE Group session, either 8.30am, 9am, 9.30am weekdays OR 7.30am, 8.15am, and 9am Saturdays!
