New Metabolic Resistance Session

This session is for the hard-core Power Platers! A new metabolic resistance session, with the acceleration training of Power Plate, means you burn a lot of energy fast, and keep burning it for up to an hour afterwards!

As ever, safety first! Your neck and lower back should not be a part of what hurts in this session, and if it is, see a professional before attempting it again.
