New Body-Weight MRT session!! (Metabolic Resistance Training)

Metabolic Resistance Training is popular at the moment, because it burns alot of fat, tones the muscles, and takes a relatively short time to complete. This MRT session requires some dumbells. You need a weight that feels heavy, but you can lift up to 20 times. You will use the same dumbells for every exercise that requires them. Make a note of the weight and increase every week!
