Mince Meat Monday!

For something different this Monday, we have once again taken a crossfit format, and shmooshed our own mum-specific exercises into it, and created a whole new monster; The Mince Meat Monday session! [sociallocker] MM Monday is a simple circuit, 5 reps of each: [sociallocker]

  1. FreeFORM board lunge, placing weight on the floor in the lunge, then to the roof when you stand.
  2. Chin ups or pull ups
  3. Power Plate side lunge with a windmill arm, weight goes from your Power Plate toe, diagonally to shoulder height.

oh, and you repeat it 20 times….
