Why Megan Cancelled her Membership

We got a very sad email today from a client who wants to terminate her membership at IntoYou. Now, this may seem like an odd thing to post, but it is indicative of the culture we have created here, that it has taken a tragic family event to tear Megan from her sessions.

“Dear Clare, Jade & Madi,

It is with sadness that I have to cancel my training with into-you….

As you know my family have been struggling since late last year with Dylan’s diagnosis of cancer. It has been a very tough period both emotional but also financially…

I have absolutely loved my time with all of you at the gym. You are all such beautiful people that genuinely care for me & my health while I am with you. I have loved our sessions but more so loved the company & conversation, reassurance and guidance you have all given me. My physical health and strength has never been better and many of my muscles actually move in ways that they never have before!!

Thank you for finally giving me a positive experience with exercise and for giving me advice & knowledge that I will keep to help me with my movement, strength & flexibility in the future….

.…Much love,

Megan Bouquet xx”

IntoYou has given Megan unlimited access to use the gym during this stressful time, for free. We wish her family all the best during this time, and will have our fingers tightly crossed wishing for his recovery. Thanks for training with us Megan, and we hope that everything goes well.
