Make One Change April 2019: WALK DAILY
There are SO MANY health benefits of walking, i didn’t know where to begin with this one! Pretty much any health ailment imaginable can be prevented, managed, or improved with walking… and walking is also something pretty much everyone can do. In fact, walking is so good for you that no matter how sick you are, the doctors, nurses, and physio’s in hospital will get you up and doing laps of the corridors as soon as possible!
It doesn’t matter how long, how hard, or how often you walk, as long as it’s daily, and as much and as far as possible!
The lesson? WALK. DAILY!
