Make One Change April 2019: WALK DAILY

There are SO MANY health benefits of walking, i didn’t know where to begin with this one! Pretty much any health ailment imaginable can be prevented, managed, or improved with walking… and walking is also something pretty much everyone can do. In fact, walking is so good for you that no matter how sick you are, the doctors, nurses, and physio’s in hospital will get you up and doing laps of the corridors as soon as possible!

It doesn’t matter how long, how hard, or how often you walk, as long as it’s daily, and as much and as far as possible!

From @harvard_health… Exciting benefits of walking for heart health, including lower risk of heart attack and stroke. Walking has it all. Simple and natural, it doesn't require any instruction or skill. It can be a very modest form of exercise or it can demand enough skill and intensity to be an Olympic sport. You can walk alone for solitude or with friends for companionship. You can walk indoors on a treadmill or outside in the city or country, at home or away. You can get all the benefits of moderate exercise with a very low risk of injury. And to boot, walking is inexpensive. All things considered, Charles Dickens got it right: "Walk to be healthy, walk to be happy." https://www.health.harvard.edu/staying-healthy/walking-your-steps-to-health #makeonechangeapr19

#Repost @thehappierhustle • • • • • One foot in front of the other. Waking for your health is so important. We often forget to get out and enjoy the environment around us. I often walk during the summer I out urban jungle without music podcasts or talking. Listening to the sounds. Watching the people and neighborhood. ❤️🚶‍♀️❤️ Walking this beneficial for mental health not just physical. It’s been therapeutic to just go through my own thoughts and process. ❤️🚶‍♀️❤️ Through movement we heal. Connecting the body and mind through moment is the souls remembrance of life. ❤️🚶‍♀️❤️ Heal through movement with me by working with me one on one. Link in bio.
