Madelaine’s Max HR Madness!!

This session will get those arms toned and that heart rate maxed out! It is a circuit of only 3 exercises with cardio in between. It will take 20-30min (depending on how quick you move through the strength component).

Circuit 1

  • 3 x Burpees
  • 3 x Squat, Curl, and Press
  • 3 x Push ups
  • 1min Star Jumps

Circuit 2

  • 5 x Burpees
  • 5 x Squat, Curl, and Press
  • 5 x Push ups
  • 1min High Knees

Circuit 3

  • 7 x Burpees
  • 7 x Squat, Curl, and Press
  • 7 x Push ups
  • 1min Jumping Jacks

Circuit 4

  • 9 x Burpees
  • 9 x Squat, Curl, and Press
  • 9 x Push ups
  • 1min Butt Kicks

Circuit 5

  • 11 x Burpees
  • 11 x Squat, Curl, and Press
  • 11 x Push ups
  • 1min Combined Cardio (15 sec of everything you did in the 1min cardio above)
