This week’s workout is one that we will return to in December in our Summer Challenge. Jade’s Burpee Madness Test. There are an awful lot of burpees in this test…!!!

Each minute, perform the specified number of burpees:
- 10
- 20
- 5
- 11
- 2
- 18
- 6
- 15
- 4
- 8
- 17
- 3
- 13
- 9
- 12
- 14
- 16
- 7
- 19
- 1

If, due to injury or another reason, you cannot do burpees, this test will still work with another bodyweight “changing levels” exercise. For example – lie down get up, turkish get ups, squat/curl/press, bear crawl, etc
