As you already know, things are changing from 1st August, and instead of one business with 5 trainers, we are now 5 businesses with one trainer! Jade will be combining nutrition with training for everyone. Whether you’re doing 1on1 or group training, you’ll be getting monthly nutrition education and quarterly weigh in opportunities and checkins. She will be focussing on vibrant health, weight loss, and thriving health with simple nutrition steps that will change your eating habits gradually; even the busiest mum can achieve these!
Jade will be training Mondays and Thursdays 8am – 11am, with small group training from 830am-10am. Her group sessions are $55/wk for two, or $33 for one (including a quarterly weigh in and nutrition coaching).
1on1 sessions are $65 for 30min, and include phone support (you’ll be talking at least once a week), monthly nutrition education, and a quarterly weight in.
A 60min Nutrition consult remains $132, follow up sessions (including weigh in) are still $77.
Charlie is now a Body Therapy counsellor, stylist, and personal trainer. She uses her counselling skills in your session to set you up for thriving mental health, infallible self esteem, and abundant self-worth!
Charlie’s sessions are a mindfulness experience, full of variety, games, laugher, and positivity – but you can also reserve her for counselling alone.
Charlie will be training Tuesdays and Wednesdays all day, with small group training from 830am-10am. Her group sessions are $50/wk for two, or $30 for one (including a quarterly weigh in and nutrition coaching).
1on1 sessions are $62 for 30min, and include a recorded workout for you to do at home, in between sessions in the studio.
A 45min Body Therapy session can be done online or in the studio $97.
Karla is concentrating on strong bodies, strong minds, and resilience by using the same strategies you use to lift a big heavy weight to deal with hurdles in everyday life. She’ll be building strong muscles and minds with strength training, fabulous for hormonal balance and mental health.
Karla’s training on Thursdays from 10am and Fridays from 7am, with small groups from 830am – 10am on Fridays. Her one on one training is $58, and her small group is $25, and you can attend online for $15.
Lyssa is on a mission to make Yoga accessible to every body, no matter how stiff, sore, hyperactive, overweight, underweight, anti-yoga they are! Yoga’s breathing and movement techniques are a valuable tool for hormonal, emotional, and physical balance – and adding the power plate takes it to a whole new level. Lyssa will only not train you if you’re already a yoga wanker; instead she will use yoga to get us ordinary humans more in tune with our bodies, and adjust the movements to match our individual needs – no generic programming here!
Lyssa will not be continuing her Yoga Classes in the IntoYou studio. She’ll continue her Chi Nei Tsang practise (Abdominal scar release and energy clearing), with your first 90min session at $150, and 60min follow ups $120. She will also be running short courses and Yoga education, so stay in touch and we’ll let you know when she’s ON!
Clare will in Bathurst from the 1st October but can still run your movement assessments, core assessments, and strength and conditioning online if you want one (you in the gym and she on the screen)! You can watch a little video explanation about this massive turn of events below!
