IntoMum 30min Small Group Sessions are affordable strength based exercise geared towards empowering mums and grandmothers to thrive. For the first time in years, we have a new session on the timetable at 9.30am Fridays with Karla!

At IntoYou, we understand the busy lives of mothers, which is why our 30-minute IntoMum small group sessions are designed to give you the flexibility and support you need to feel strong, healthy, and connected. These sessions focus on pelvic floor safe exercises, ensuring that you can stay active while prioritizing your well-being. With your kids always welcome, you can bring them along, making it easier than ever to fit fitness into your daily routine. Plus, the small group setting fosters a supportive environment where you can bond with other mums and make valuable social connections that last.

Small group training offers many benefits, including personalized attention, tailored exercises, and a sense of community. The combination of a motivating group dynamic and expert guidance ensures that you can achieve your health and fitness goals, whether it’s improving core strength, increasing energy, or boosting overall health and fitness.
