Teenage Girls

We offer specialised training just for teenage girls! Perfect for the “non-sportswoman” who is discouraged by competitive school sport, these 30min sessions will get her moving and feeling better about herself. Teenage girls are the most under-represented population in children’s sports in Australia, they need to learn that movement is more important than looking a certain way. These sessions will help combat that attitude, improve her mental health and sense of worth, and improve her future physical health too.

One on One, or Buddy Personal Training for 11-19yr olds.

Kids under 16 train FREE with their parent.
All trainers carry their Working With Children Check and their Youth Training Qualifications.
