Teenage Girls
We offer specialised training just for teenage girls! Perfect for the “non-sportswoman” who is discouraged by competitive school sport, these 30min sessions will get her moving and feeling better about herself. Teenage girls are the most under-represented population in children’s sports in Australia, they need to learn that movement is more important than looking a certain way. These sessions will help combat that attitude, improve her mental health and sense of worth, and improve her future physical health too.
