  • IntoGirls Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays at 4.30pm
  • Girls between 11-19 years old
  • Boost self image, confidence, and self belief
  • Unstructured “play” environment, where the focus is on how great the workout is, not on results, numbers, or winning.
  • First session FREE!! Bring a friend for FREE too!
  • Available per term here, or contact the gym to organise a weekly or fortnightly debit.
  • NEW in 2019! Kids with Cerebral Palsy 1hr one-on-one training and play. NDIS Approved – use your funding!
  • All trainers carry their Working With Children Check and their Youth Training Qualifications.
