Training was great fun with our small core group attending it all with other joining as they could along the way. From long hikes, hill runs and walks with crazy weights up Alexander St to gym training, Altitude workouts and over night camping in the blue mountains it was a great lead up but all paled to the incredible 13 days we had away.

We offer blocks of training for special events and overseas adventures!

Summer Camp

Saturdays at 8am for 2 x 6wk blocks! Block 1 from the 14th November, Block 2 from the 16th Jan 2021! Trim and tone without noticing, because you’re having such a blast! Bring the kids, bring the dog, and bring a playful attitude! Suitable for beginners through to advanced fitness! Laughter is priority number 1 in this program! Early Bird ends 5th November 2020!

Surfing Group

13th February, 2021 for 12 weeks, and includes a weekend away with the Yoga Intensive program!. So what if you’re not a typical surfer? Let’s learn, and enjoy this circuit-breaking break from the ordinary together!! Open to body boarders, knee boarders, learn to surfers, and intermediate surfers who want company! Early Bird ends 1st Feb, 2021!

12-Week Yoga Intensive

20th March for 12 weeks, 4pm Saturdays. Enjoy a wide variety of yoga and yoga styles, get better at what you’re not good at, and indulge in some extra downtime! Includes a weekend away 24th April 2021 with the Surfing Group (no surfing necessary!)

Strength and Conditioning Supercharge

This is a special 12-week block to supercharge your strength, starting 8th May, 2021. Lift weights slower, heavier, and safer with deep-core activations. Learn correct technique for specific lifts, such as a deadlift and bench press, without compromising your core or lower back. Early Bird ends 25th April, 2021!

Hiking group

7th August 2021 for 13 weeks. This club includes a weekend away on the Long Weekend (25th September 2021 – accommodation only). 8am Saturdays for 1-4 hours of bush immersion a week, the program culminates in our 2021 Gym Trip – the Cape to Cape in Western Australia! Early Bird ends 25th July 2021!

2021 Gym Trip

Cape to Cape trek in Western Australia! 5th – 16th November 2021, we will be partnering with the Move for Mental Health team to raise money for the Gidget Foundation! Deposit due 1st December 2021.
