Like two pea’s in a pod, the fit ball and the Power Plate have a huge training potential when used together. This is because they are both unstable, in different ways, soliciting far greater muscle activation than exercises that use just one or the other (or none!).
Today’s session was a bit of an experiment in blending the two; fit ball exercises and Power Plate exercises. Our mums worked really hard to complete the session!
We completed each exercise once for one minute. To make it harder, bring your feet or hands together, and take them out wide to make it easier.
