Deb was in Chronic Pain Until She Began Rehabilitating with IntoYou

Deb was depressed and debilitated, until she embarked on the IntoYou 6-Step Restore Your Core and Pelvic Floor Program. This is what she has to say:

“In my teens and twenties I competed nationally and internationally for middle distance track events.  I trained 2-3 sessions a day and made trips to high altitude training camps in Kenya in preparation for the European track season.

Eighteen months after my second baby I was having chronic lower back problems which prevented me from doing what I’d always loved doing, running. Attempts to jog, even walk at a brisk pace, would result in lower back stiffness, muscle spasms and pelvic instability. This meant regular visits to the osteopath.

Deb's ribs proved somewhat uneven as well. This contributed to hip and lower back pain.

I decided it was time to get some professional help in rehabilitating my lower back and core. In July, I began a session once a week with the team at Into You. Three months later, I ran my first 5km fun run and a month after that completed a 30km day hike with no lower back pain at all. In March, I will be participating in a 55km day hike charity event and hope to complete my first 10km trail run soon after that. I can now run freely a few times per week and and am so grateful to Into You for your expert training and rehabilitation.”

Deb is now strong, balanced, and pain free.

Deb travelled up to an hour each way to IntoYou for her sessions, a massive effort! She now participates in our IntoMum sessions, enjoying the social atmosphere and camaraderie with the other mums. Thank you so much for training with us! Congratulations on achieving a pain free life!
