We asked Deb for this testimonial last week because she has made some comments that made our hearts sing recently. We were reminiscing about where she started and where she was now, and looking back, we realised what a transformation has taken place!
What Deb didn’t mention when she wrote this testimonial was that she had back pain, which was debilitating when she triggered it. She was also painfully courageous even approaching us, because the idea of a gym was so frightening it nauseated her… thankfully she came here and not somewhere more traditional!
With Deb, we started with our 6-Step Restore Your Core and Pelvic Floor program, retreating and advancing with her flare ups and good days. We operated on the principle “safety first” – allowing her nervous system to relax in our gym, which allowed her back and body to relax.
