Cat is 19 years YOUNGER!

Cat decided to do our 60-days to healthy living challenge (link to 60 Days to Healthy Living) in October, after a less-than-subtle nudge from Clare.

When she first started, she struggled with the supplemented first 30 days. Cat didn’t like the shakes, and had to experiment with adding fruit, nuts, and veges to make them more palatable. Once she found her groove, she was consistent, and lost over 5kg in the first month.

Part 2 involved a varied menu, from which she could chose her own ingredients. She used her portion plate to work out appropriate serving sizes, and enjoyed experimenting with the flavors and ingredients. Cat lost another kilo before a disruption threw her off course, in the form of purchasing a house. She refocused by spending two days on her Arbonne supplemented eating plan, and emerged on the other side reinvigorated. She hit her goal of 7 kg weight loss today. Even better, Cat has lost 19 years off her metabolic age!

Cat qualified for her $100 cash back, and even more importantly, fitted into a very tight dress for a Christmas party last night, and felt great in it!

This is what Cat has to say:

Having had my third child I had some stubborn weight that just wouldn’t come off. This challenge was the push that I need to loose all my baby weight and more. The shakes helped to give me the kick start that I needed to get me in the right frame of mind and once the weight started coming off I found myself even more motivated. Thanks Clare for giving me the push that I needed to start the challenge . I’ve had great fun shopping for my new wardrobe!

Cat, we are SO PROUD of you! We are chuffed to see such a magnificent result! Good luck with the move, and for this next chapter of your life!

Cat is pleased with her results!
