Clare Hozack began her personal training career as a sailor in the 2004 Australian Sailing Team. She worked closely with a physiotherapist to design and implement training programs to prevent and address the systematic back injuries prevalent throughout the whole team. Since then, she has gone on to design her own methods of training, becoming a Level 3 Master Trainer, Level 2 Strength and Conditioning Coach, State Sailing Coach, and Internationally Accredited Power Plate Master Trainer.
