The fastest time through this circuit is 21:55:00 … so far! The 300-repetition challenge is a fast-moving, high-repetition, endurance challenge. You use your weights like cardio tools, very very light!

After a thorough warm up run through the following circuit as fast as you can:
1) 25 Pull Ups (here we use the TRX – but you can use any waist-to-chest-high bar) |
2) 50 Deadlift (here we use a tyre, but it can be done with a barbel or dumbell too, as long as the weight is in front of you) |

The Tyre flip is also another kind of deadlift. Obviously the client is stiffer through her legs in this photo, but the goal is to be as bent up as she was for the lift before. It doesn’t really matter, as long as the back is strong and straight and the muscles being targeted are the ones you were after! |
3) 50 Push Ups |
4) 50 Box Jumps |
5) 50 Medicine Ball Abs – this one is not for anyone who suffers from back or hip problems. A good alternative is the Sitting Overhead Medicine Ball Twist (below). |

6) Clean and Press. In these photos we use dumbells. You can also use a bar. Be careful NOT to allow your weight to shift forward – like in the photo. You should be weighted firmly in your heels, and drive the arms into the air through your legs. |
7) 25 Pull Ups – shown here as a harder alternative to the first set photo. Your body is horizontal. |
