Oh My Goodness, haven’t we got a sensational 2018 coming up!! As per usual, we have packed 2018 with outdoor training, opportunities to try new things, and our usual deep core safe training sessions!!

January 2018

For January, when you book in for a 1hr Nutrition Consult, you get the entire 8 week Nude Food Program for FREE! Our nutrition consults are different because we teach you how to eat actual food, with no portion sizes, supplements, or general meal plans. Any meal plan we create, we create with you. They are completely individual to your tastes, goals, allergies, wishes, and needs!

February 2018

February heralds our first monthly challenge for the year! These challenges are open to everyone and anyone, and are an opportunity to receive free products from our Business Mums, free sessions, free massage, or simply enjoy training for a purpose!

1030am on Saturday the 3rd Feb is our first Pilates, Movement, and Release session with Ali. This 30min session is open to men and women, and the goal is to get your deep core working, and your spine moving. You should walk away feeling both strong, and relieved from tension! This session is appropriate for anyone with pelvic floor problems, diastasis, hernia, back pain, or generally inflexibility! Enquire here.

8am from Saturday the 10th Feb is our Surfing Group! This group is lead by Clare and will run for 12 weeks in the lead up to our 2018 Overseas Adventure in Bali. The group includes your very own program and pin code to the gym, weekly surf sessions, and a rashie! It’s not too late to join our adventure, but prices may change and you may be on a different itinerary. Use the link above to enquire!


Wednesday 21st Feb at 6.30pm is our next Business Mums meeting! We are doing Bootcamp on the beach, followed by wine and dinner! If you are a mum, and you have your own business, please register here and join us!

IntoGIRLS term 1 starts Tuesday 6th Feb at 430pm, and Thursday 8th Feb at 430pm. These sessions are different to other exercise opportunities for girls as the emphasis is on the quality of the workout, rather than the outcome (like winning or losing a netball game). A “great workout” is considered a successful session, and the girls learn to move, play, and enjoy doing it!

March 2018

Saturday 24th March at 2pm is Charlie’s next Shopping with a Stylist trip! Charlie’s last session got RAVE reviews! You must have seen her for your 1hr consultation first (the Sample Pack session counts! This is to help you know what you need, and what you have to throw out or replace!). We use styling to address your negative body image, by showing you how to highlight the wonderful aspects of your body. Improved self-worth and body image are integral to success – in life, business, and your weight loss goals. Set yourself up to WIN in 2018!!

April 2018

Mountain bike group is back on SUNDAY 1st April at 8am. This group is run by our Mountain Bike instructor, Ali, and includes a bike service with Chris. This group is appropriate for you, even if you have never mountain biked before! We can give you technical instruction, advice on what bike will work for you, and build your fitness in this sport!

May 2018

3rd May is when we depart for Bali! We will be surfing everyday with boards and instructors included. We also have daily Yoga sessions and 2 days in Ubud where we will climb a volcano! The first 12 people get “group rates” on airfares, and there is only 2 of these left! Enquire here!

8am on Saturday the 26th May is the start of our Run Club, our annual preparation for the Pub to Pub. Our sessions are designed so that our learners can run at their own pace, and our runners can be challenged with intervals, extra distances, and stairs! Fun and social for all levels, we will get you fit for this great charity event.

June 2018

Be sure to have your say in our 2019 adventure! We will be polling and asking for ideas in June, and a decision will be made later in the month. Do you want to cycle southern NZ? Paddle a kayak in Fiji or Laos? Hike Mt Kenya or Killamanjaro? Or walk the Great Wall of China? HAVE YOUR SAY! Join our Adventurers group , post ideas now, then vote when the polls come out!

August 2018

26th August at 8am is our Hiking Group return! It will run for 12 weeks and include day trips and weekends away.
