Week 1: Running drills and skills, 1km time trial. Meet at Collaroy Plateau park on Grevillia st.
Week 2: 5km time trial. Meet at North Narrabeen beach carpark
Week 3: 3km or 6km meet Long Reef Tennis court
Week 4: Intervals, Stairs, and Long intervals. Meet at IntoYou Gym
Week 5: 7km. Meet Long Reef beach carpark
Week 6: 3km-5km sand running. Meet at Dee Why beach.
Week 7: Intervals, Stairs, and Long intervals. Meet at Warriewood beach carpark.
Week 8: 8km Narrabeen Lake. Meet Jamieson park
Week 9: Fast 5km. Meet at North Narrabeen beach carpark
Week 10: 10km. Our biggest run on the schedule meet at Dee Why beach car park for a run around the headland.
Week 11: 7km meet Long Reef beach carpark
Week 12: Fast 5km. meet North Narrabeen Surf club
