Cycling Group will be run at 6am Sundays from 28th July until the 17th October, 2019. This 12 week program includes:
- Wind trainer for in-house or studio “spin” class style sessions
- 12 weeks cycling sessions (1 per week for 12 weeks)
- 12 weeks gym membership
- 12 Virtual cycling sessions on your wind trainer
- Program to complete in the gym, especially designed to improve your cycling power)
- Detailed bike lesson including: how to care for your bike, how to put it on and off the wind trainer, and how to set it up for your height and comfort.
