June Circus Challenge!

Before we embark on what is required for our June Circus Challenge, we have to offer a HUGE congratulations to Sandra for winning 5 One on One PT sessions in our May Challenge! This prize was worth $290! Enjoy, Sandra, and well done!

Our June Circus challenge is timed, and quickest time will get the Shopping with a Stylist trip for FREE (2pm on the 7th July).

Using all your strength and coordination, in the safest possible way, complete the following as fast as possible!

  • Throw the bean bag in the air, and catch on your head (must balance for 5 sec)
  • 20 x Tricep Dips
  • Throw the bag in the air, and catch on your chest (must balance for 5 sec)
  • 20 x Reverse Push Up (from the floor, push up, then relax/flop to the floor again)
  • Throw the bag in the air, and catch on your back (must balance for 5 sec)
  • 20 x Pull Ups (butt to the floor in between each pull up).
     
  • Throw the bag in the air, kick it, then and catch with the same hand you kicked it with.
  • 20 x squat with the Vipr (between your legs), then toss Vipr up in to a balance in front of your face ( around the middle of the video).
  • Throw the bag in the air, and catch on each thigh (must balance for 5 sec).
  • 20 x alternating lunges with med. ball slam.
  • In a sitting position, throw the bag in the air, and catch  with your knees.
  • 25 Glute Bridge pulses.
  • In a lying position, throw the bag in the air, and catch with your feet.
  • 50 Mountain Climbers.
  • Throw the bag in the air, and catch between your elbows.
  • 500m on Bike

We’ll be keeping track of everyone’s progress on the mirrors. The record set by Jade and Charlie is around 9min. GOOD LUCK!!
