Training was great fun with our small core group attending it all with other joining as they could along the way. From long hikes, hill runs and walks with crazy weights up Alexander St to gym training, Altitude workouts and over night camping in the blue mountains it was a great lead up but all paled to the incredible 13 days we had away.

We offer blocks of training for special events and overseas adventures!

  • Hiking group: 25th August – 10th Nov 2018. We start hiking again in August 2017. This club includes an optional Blue Mountains getaway, and the figure 8 pools in the Royal National Park.
  • Bootcamp: Thursdays at 6am and Saturdays at 8am from the 15th November 2018 for 6 weeks!! Includes our End of Year Part – an Obstacle Racing event suitable for beginners through to advanced fitness!
  • Learn to Surf: 16th Feb –  27th April 2019 inclusive. So what if you’re not a typical surfer? Let’s learn, and enjoy this sport together! Break the expectation!
  • Yoga and Surf Bali! 3rd – 12th May. Includes daily surf lessons, daily yoga instruction, food, accommodation, 12 weeks of yoga and surfing and MORE! Family friendly!!
  • Yoga in Bali: 3 – 12th May, includes 12 weeks of Yoga at Inspire Yoga and Wellbeing, Dee Why! Family friendly!!
  • Surfing in Bali: 3 – 12th May, includes daily shuttle to some of the best breaks all over Bali, and instructors. Family friendly!!
  • Cycle West Coast Tassie: 18th – 29th October, 2019. We will teach you how to ride a bike, including set up and how to care for your wheels, before heading off on this fantastic adventure!
  • Cycling group: 28th July – 17th October inclusive. We will teach you how to ride a bike, including set up and how to care for your wheels, before heading off on this fantastic adventure! Includes 2 sessions a week!
  • Run Club: 26th May –  11th August 2018 inclusive. We cater for beginners to advanced in our 10 week training program.
  • Mountain bike group: 29th April – 17th June 2018 inclusive. Explore the hidden trails on the Northern Beaches, and includes a bike service and technique session.
