Training was great fun with our small core group attending it all with other joining as they could along the way. From long hikes, hill runs and walks with crazy weights up Alexander St to gym training, Altitude workouts and over night camping in the blue mountains it was a great lead up but all paled to the incredible 13 days we had away.

We offer blocks of training for special events and overseas adventures!

  • Yoga and/or Surf Bali! May. Includes daily surf lessons, daily yoga instruction, food, accommodation, 12 weeks of yoga and surfing and MORE! Complete the form below to enrol, then use the links to reserve your spot (limited numbers due to the resort being boutique)!!
  • Learn to Surf: 10th Feb –  28th April inclusive. So what if you’re not a typical surfer? Let’s enjoy this sport together and break the expectation!
  • Run Club: 26th May –  11th August inclusive. We cater for beginners to advanced in our 10 week training program.
  • Hiking group: 25th August – 10th Nov. We start hiking again in August 2017. This club includes an optional Blue Mountains getaway and camping in The Basin.
  • Mountain bike group: 1st April – 20th May inclusive. Explore the hidden trails on the Northern Beaches, and includes a bike service and technique session.
  • Bootcamp: 2018 dates TBA
